Treatment for asbestos cement's encapsulation



FIBLOCK system is one of the best techniques to avoid asbestos fibers dispersion in environment without removing plates. FIBLOCK system has a ECOS S.r.l. laboratory research certificate recognized by University ministry and by sanitary and technological search. FIBLOCK is an elasto-plastic and waterproofing product that encapsulates and stops every single fiber's particle without any possibility of dispersion in environment. Before applying FIBLOCK, we recommend tu put FIBLOCK PRIMER at the rate of 150 - 200 gr. / mq. because this product has consolidation and supporting functions.

HOW TO USE FIBLOCK:
For a correct application of FIBLOCK we recommend a minimun consume of 1,5 kgs/ mq. FIBLOCK can be applied using a roller, a brush or Airless ( low pressure pump150 / 180 ATM with 0,015). Before beginning any intervention clean the support to treat, eliminating so dust and friable parts and use an industrial vacuum cleaner endowed with special container of dusty refusals.

Specific weight = 14,1 (+,5) kg. / dmc.
Colors = Grey, Red, White and Green

Traction Resistance - One 82020 = 21 kgs. / cmq.
Permeability to aqueous vapor - ASIM E 9653 = 18 grs. / mq.
General Resistance = Without problems in case of normal operations of maintenance
Resistance to aging = Excellent
Chemical resistance to industrial atmospheres = Excellent
Resistance to usury = Excellent
Desiccation = 1 hour Out -dust, 24 hours drying-process.

RESULT: 1,5 kgs. / mq.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use PURE product. If it is used as self-liveller or if it is applied using a airless we recommend to dilute at the rate of 5 / 10% of water. Don't repeatedly touch the product, use protective garments like gloves, glasses and mask. Don't eat, don't drink, don't smoke during the application. Don't apply the product if support is damp, if it's foggy, rainy or at low temperatures inferior to 5 / 7 °C. IT CANNOT STAND COLD.
