ACRIPLAST is a liquid mono-component i sheathing in watery emulsion with a base of elastomer resins water's stagnation resistant, flexible to cold up to-20 °C.
ACRIPLAST is excellent for waterproofing of: building coverages, old bituminous supports, foundation walls, eaves, mouldings, concrete terraces and fireplaces, roofings, walls, façades, flower' boxes and hanging gardens (version ANTIRADICE ACRIPLAST A.R.), CLS tubs destined to stop non aggressive and not drinkable waters' effect

CHARACTERISTICS:
Water-proofing, Resistance to swimming pool's effect also caused by water's stagnations on coverages i(n absence of inclination). Ultraviolet rays resistant, doesn't need protection, Resistance to industrial atmospheres' aggressions. Ecological product, not bad for health. Elasticity, Adaptability to any surface's geometry, Realization of continuous impermeable supports, Facility of laying, Trample down in normal maintenance interventions .
APPLICATION:
Support has to be completely dry since damp (in it contained) and vapor , can provoke beads and separations of waterproofing covering .
The foundation has to be prepared as it follows:
Cement Supports : clean to eliminate dust, non adherent friable parts , greasy, oils (in case of hydro-washing wait for a complete drying). In presence of non finished casting we recommend to effect a trimming o holes. Give first a coat of ACRIPLAST diluted with 30-50% of water; or in presence of cls smoothed or few porous friable, use Primer ACRIPLUS.
Menbrane bitumen-polymer support : clean removing protective varnishes in phase of separation; use ACRIPLUS, subsequently use exclusively a roller or a brush.
Metallic supports: clean, eliminating dust, greasy, oils and everything that can stop adhesion; mechanically remove rust and apply rust converter RUGINOX.
non absortion supports, grès-type, ceramics, etc.: clean to remove irregularities on support and use the special Primer ACRIPLUS.
Wooden supports: use primer ACRIPLUS.
Wait for Primer's desiccation and give two or more coats of ACRIPLAST using roll, brush or airless, 2 kg/m². Use reinforcement armors like glass fiber net (50-100 gr/mq) whereas the product is subject to strong solicitation.Whwn application is finished, residual sticking can be eliminated with industrial or cement talc.Not completely dried ACRIPLAST's layers, can be damaged by: rain, dew and fog. Apply at temperatures superior to + 5 °C. Apply using airless, roller or brush. INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
